Driving from Seaford towards Eastbourne on the A259, turn into Arundel Rd next to the Texaco petrol station. Drive to the T-junction at the end of Arundel Rd, the Golf course directly ahead of you. Turn left into Chyngton Rd. and continue to the mini- roundabout. Bear left into Chyngton Way. At the end of Chyngton Way turn right up a concrete track (not left to farm) up to SOUTH HILL BARN CAR PARK. You will be met in the car park and no more than 2 cars will be allowed down the track to the cottage.
